Indoor Training will take place every Tuesday from March 16- April 13  at Kingsway College in Oshawa Townline north of hwy #2.

7:30-9:00pm 
 
The first few weeks we will do some ball handling and break into touch rugby teams just to get back into it.

The last few weeks will be full practice mode before going outside.
 
This is open to all men's, women's and junior players over 15.
 
Cost is only $5 per session to help cover the costs

Players may register for the 2010 season at the training Sessions
