9pm: Hypnosis Show
10:30pm: Silent Auction closes, Dance starts
Location: Vikings Clubhouse, Thompson Park, 110 Raglan Road West
Ticket value: $25.00 (2 tickets included in 2011 registration dues)

Details: The Vikings R.F.C. are holding our Annual Fundraiser Event on Saturday July 23rd at the Clubhouse in Raglan. 2 tickets to this event were included with your dues so we hope that members and parents plan to attend this great event. There will be Hypnotist Show, DJ dance, sandwich buffet and silent auction.

Also the club is looking for donated items for our silent auction. If you have an item or know a company or business that may make a donation please call Richard Wheller at 905-263-8609. The Silent Auction will run throughout the event and last year there was over $4000.00 in items for members to bid on.

The revenue raised at this event is our major fundraiser and supports annual operations budget, which allows the Vikings to maintain the property and clubhouse, purchase equipment, coordinate all our teams and help keep registration fees low.

Must be 19 years of age or older to attend this event
