Indoor Training will take place every Tuesday from March 16- April 13 at Kingsway College in Oshawa Townline north of hwy #2.
7:30-9:00pm
The first few weeks we will do some ball handling and break into touch rugby teams just to get back into it.
The last few weeks will be full practice mode before going outside.
This is open to all men's, women's and junior players over 15.
Cost is only $5 per session to help cover the costs

My name is Richard Wheller and I am the new Director of Fundraising and Sponsorship for the Oshawa Vikings. I am looking forward to generating revenue for the Vikings that will allow the club grow and take the next steps as a leading Rugby club in Ontario.

Fundraising:
The Vikings will have several fundraising programs for the club, the team and the individual raise money for the club!
I would like introduce our new season long fundraising program.
The Vikings are selling 3 products. Please see attached for the details. We will be making money on each product sold. Players and parents will have an opportunity of earning money as they fundraise for the club.

The Vikings had a Great turnout our first Registration Day on February 20th!
Our next Registration date for the 2010 season will take place at the Oshawa Centre on March 19th, 20th and 21st during Mall business hours.
Teams and Registration Fees for the 2010 Season are as follows:
Under 8 and Under 10 Flag Rugby - $150.
- includes playing jersey
- 2 tickets to the Vikings Fundraiser (value $50)
Under 12 Coed Contact Rugby - $280.
- includes playing jersey
- 2 tickets to the Vikings Fundraiser (value $50)
Under 14 Boys Rugby - $280.
- includes playing jersey
- 2 tickets to the Vikings Fundraiser (value $50)
Under 15 Girls Rugby - $280.
- includes playing jersey
- 2 tickets to the Vikings Fundraiser (value $50)
Under 16 Boys Rugby - $280.

In their 50th Anniversary year, the Oshawa Vikings Rugby Club is as strong as ever and looking to just get better. Currently the Vikings men are in first place in the Ontario Keenan (2nd Division) Division while the Senior Womens Team have just won the Toronto Rugby Women's “A” Division Championship. To add to the successful year to date , the Junior U-18 Girl's team also won the Toronto Rugby Championship this past weekend. Earlier in the week the U-20 men's team were narrowly defeated in the Ontario Championship Semi finals. Much of this seasons' success can be attributed to the wide array of young talent that has come through the Vikings Junior programs as well as current juniors plying their trade with Ontario and National teams this summer.
Each of the following players have represented either the Province or Canada this summer and help to provide the cornerstones of the men's and women's programs for the future.;

We are not just an Oshawa team, we represent Durham at the highest levels” ,says Junior Director Chris Mckee. The Vikings continue to run teams at the following age groups: U-10 co-ed flag, U-12 co-ed tackle, U-14 Boys tackle, U-16 Boys (2 teams), U-18 boys and girls (League Champions), 2 Men's teams and Women's senior (League Champions).
